We are all on a growth and healing journey through our lives. Many had superlative first guides in their parents or relatives, and many did not. We all possess the wisdom and ability to heal our own wounds on some level, but often it is too difficult to do on our own. My goal is to be an aid, support and a comfort to help you receive the Light which is the Healing Power of the Universe. Energetic Healing enhances the wellness of your Mind, your Body and your Spirit, bringing it to balance. Intuitive Guidance helps you to discover what your barriers may be to living a life of pure Joy, Vitality and Inner Peace.

Energetic Healing is a tradition that is more than 5,000 years old and is widely practiced around the world today. Reiki (“ray-key”) is a specific form of energetic healing which was recovered in 20th century Japan by Mikao Usui who developed the discipline. It has become one of the world's most rapidly growing forms of complementary health care.

Reiki means universal life force, the energy that is all around us and also within us. It is a gentle, non-invasive technique. This energy flows through the arms and hands of the practitioner and into the cells of the person being treated. It re-vitalizes and balances, brings comfort and speeds up the healing process.​

Intuitive Guidance is an age old tradition where practitioners access information and receive answers to help others when they are not sure which direction to go in their lives. The earliest known records about "psychic" come from ancient civilizations such as Egypt, Greece and China. In these societies, people who demonstrated these abilities were often revered and thought of as spiritual leaders. Modern practitioners use a variety of techniques to provide guidance to their clients including astrology, numerology, tarot cards, crystals and meditation.

While some people are skeptical of these abilities in others, many find comfort and guidance from these sessions. Intuitive practitioners continue to play an important role in helping people navigate the uncertainties of life.
